STOLAN-ELASTOMER was founded in 1985 and has been operating since then on the Polish market and abroad. Years of experience gained in working with polymers enable us to do highly specialised work with polyurethane elastomers. We produce an interesting assorfment of technical goods which find their uses in many different industrial applications.
We specialise in centrifugal and low pressure casting of polyurethanes, and in order to achieve and maintain European quality standards our products are continuously subjected to physical-mechanical and chemical endurance tests ESTOLAN polyurethanes are of the highest quality and fulfill the following parameters: Temperature resistance -40oC. to +130oC. Excellent ageing properfies. High resistance to oils, greases and various chemicals. Hardness from 50 Shore A do 70 Shore D.
Our knowledge of the specific properties of polyurethanes combined with detailed mould construction, quality control, improvements and new developments guarantee durability and end user satisfaction.
Our know how and ability to solve specific problems using high grade polyurethane elastomers enable us to deliver very heavy duty rolls and wheels for fork lifters and mechanical handling equipment. Wheels are available complete with steel, cast aluminium or nylon rims.
Pipes, flanges and sleeves of different dimensions find their uses as semi finished goods in various branches of industry.
Vibration dampers are used to minimise noise and vibration on machine tools and industrial equipment. The correct choice of polyurethane elastomers enables us to produce vibration dampers which exhibit excellent damping properties, chemical resistance and carry weights from 0,5 to 80 KN.
Mouldings used for location of automobile anti-roll bars guarantee durability, comfortand safety.
Flexible drive units, sheet material and a wide range of technical products are produced to customer specifications.
Laquers, fillers, adhesives and elastic coatings are prepared from single and two component systems. Coatings and laquers can be sprayed or applied manually. The adhesive and elastic properties of these coatings make them ideal for coating metal, elastometrs, urethane foams and other open-celled materials.
